Announcement on the Prequalification Result of the International Bidding of the Urban Design Guidelines for the Urban Renewal Unit of Shenzhen Xiaomeisha Area
2019年1月12日，由深圳市特發(fā)集團(tuán)有限公司主辦、深圳市特發(fā)小梅沙投資發(fā)展有限公司承辦的《深圳市小梅沙片區(qū)城市更新單元城市設(shè)計(jì)導(dǎo)則國(guó)際招標(biāo)》資格預(yù)審會(huì)在深圳市召開(kāi)。會(huì)議邀請(qǐng)了城市規(guī)劃與設(shè)計(jì)、建筑設(shè)計(jì)方面的5位專(zhuān)家和2位業(yè)主代表組成資格預(yù)審委員會(huì)，對(duì)45家報(bào)名機(jī)構(gòu)提交的報(bào)名文件進(jìn)行了認(rèn)真審閱、討論和評(píng)審并進(jìn)行了記名投票。根據(jù)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)得票統(tǒng)計(jì)結(jié)果，確定了獲邀進(jìn)入下一階段概念提案編制的4家設(shè)計(jì)機(jī)構(gòu)，同時(shí)選出了2家備選設(shè)計(jì)機(jī)構(gòu)，具體結(jié)果如下：
On Jan. 12th, 2019, the Prequalification Meeting of the International Bidding of the Urban Design Guidelines for the Urban Renewal Unit of Shenzhen Xiaomeisha Area, organized by Shenzhen Special Economic Zone Development Group Co., Ltd. and undertaken by Shenzhen SDG Xiaomeisha Investment & Development Co., Ltd., was held in Shenzhen. The jury panel of prequalification was constituted by five experts in areas of urban planning & design as well as architectural design, and two representatives from the Organizer. They read and carried out discussion & evaluation on all the application documents submitted by forty-five registered design firms. According to the disclosed voting result, four invited firms to draft the concept proposal at next stage and two alternatives are as follows:
